the little things!

The other night Jerry and I was able to spend a little special time with Joey. We needed to get him some new shoes. We decided to get him some new socks too! He was so excited because he got skate board shoes and he said it made him feel "cool". That night he begged me to let him sleep in his (new) shoes and socks but I said "no". In the morning when I went to wake him up I saw just how much he appreciated those new socks. he hung them up so neatly!

And here he is feeling "cool" in his new shoes.

Happy Snowman

Someone looks happy! I think because he made a new friend (the bird on his hat).

It's a snowman Day!

Every Year at this time (right before Christmas) We try to build a snowman, it seems to be getting easier. This year it took us one hour instead of  three, snowball fights included!

One of those days

Today is just one of those days, lay around watch a good movie, bake cookies, chili and you know, a do nothing day. Just waiting for some snow to fall "I'm dreaming of a white Christmas!" that is so true i just love the white fallen snow, but this year seems to be taking forever!!!!

Joey turns 10

Joey had a special Birthday this year, it fell on thanksgiving, I'm sure he thought the big fuss on dinner was for just for him! He didn't want a birthday cake he wanted Pumpkin Pie, We were fine with that. He later said it was the best Birthday ever, it really doesn't take much to make him happy he is a sweetheart. I can't believe he is 10 yrs old it seems like yesterday when he was born. enjoy the pics!
