Joeys Oral report

Joey did his oral report today in class and I went to see him, and I must say I was so impressed. He had his whole report memorized, I told him to but I didn't think he would since he only read the thing twice. He has a problem with not speaking loud enough sometimes but the teacher put this black box around his neck so that his voice would be amplified, and it worked like a charm. After a did his report he quizzed the kids, Love it! He is such a great kid! a few more weeks and he's off to 6th grade... 

D-Day

Yesterday Joey had his end of the year project to do which is called "The History Fair" they gave him a list of subjects and then he had to choose one, he chose  D-Day! during the fair different people were allowed to walk around the gymnasium and look at each project while each student told about their subject. Joey did such a good job we are so proud of him, and although I am the one that usually helps the kids do these sort of things this time Jerry decided to step in, he's such a great Father. Joseph had on display a whole photo album of Grandpa Earl Mason serving in World War11. He was going to have his camo stuff out for displayed but when we came to see him he had all the stuff on., what a great sport!

Idaho Trip

This is up at my Brother Davids house in Nampa Idaho, This is their game room Chris and Stephen stayed up till 1:30 in the morning dancing on this game (Dance Central). Funny.........but Chris sure learned alot of great dance moves!

The Boys were so funny they kept us entertained. They could'nt wait to get out of the car.

We stopped in Meridian Idaho to drop off Bryce at a friends for the night and when Lisa got out of the car Stephen hopped in the drivers seat, He was way too excited so we had to kick him out!

Joey's First Piano Recital

This evening Joey had his piano recital, he has been looking forward to this since he started approx. 4 months ago.His teacher had her husband take off their Sliding glass door and hooked up the piano to an amp it was amazing...Then the audience laid out blankets and such in bkyrd and enjoyed the wonderful show.  he played 3 songs and he had them all memorized. He was FaBulOus!!!  I told him to start by cracking his knuckles and then to pretend he had coat tails...but he didn't take my advice ;) But he took his bow like a professional! Great Job Joey!
